Have Excellent personal computer skills with MS-Windows 2000/2003 Server Linux (RDHAT) Novell Netware. Ability to learn additional hardware and software systems |

Have knowledge of Networking and Domino Server |

Have knowledge of CISCO and Checkpoint is a plus |

Have 2 - 4 years of networking experience |

Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the clients computing environment |

Must have excellent Customer Service skills |

Have excellent telephone, listening and communication skills |

Be albe to answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction |

Must be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems |

Be albe to track and document information regarding client calls using Remedy call tracking database |
 |
Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication |

Have experience working with Customer Relationship Management technology |

Ability and willingness to work/cover various shifts |
